We make our shirts to our fit specifications. We like an oversized women's shirt & a fitted men's shirt, & that means that our sizing can be a departure from the industry standard, so we've dropped the XS-XL notation in favor of roman numerals: i, ii, iii, iv.
We've opted out of standard notation because we find that the labels extra-small or medium or extra-large reinforce bodily norms that we'd rather not perpetuate. We've also chosen to use our own notation because most sizing is fairly arbitrary & brand specific - often even item specific - anyway. Since we're an online retailer, it's that much more important that we give you a detailed sense of how our styles fit. We supply guidance & precise fit information in the "Specs" section for each of our garments.
Below, we've noted approximate equivalency & made suggestions based on industry standard for your convenience.
