We ship worldwide. Please see below for shipping costs and estimated delivery time. For further questions email info@TheKeepcollection.com.
· Standard UK delivery 2nd class signed (2/3 working days*) : £5
· Next day delivery UK : £10 (please contact to request this option)
· Europe (3/4 working days*): £15
· Rest of the world (estimated 1 week*): £20
Your items will be shipped the next working day after receipt of your order, where possible we will ship items on the day the order is placed.
If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, you item will be shipped on the following Monday.
*Delivery times provided are estimates to be used as a guideline only. The Keep cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, busy holiday periods or customs delays.
Please note that duty and VAT may apply for deliveries outside of the UK. As the recipient of our products, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes added by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is your responsibility. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be.
Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Returns Policy
We hope you are very happy with your purchase from The Keep but in case you are not, please see below:
If you wish to return an item please contact returns@thekeepcollection.com.
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided it is in saleable condition. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you – please contact us immediately if that is the case.
All goods bought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging a d in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and / labels removed.
Sale items purchased online must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. After this period, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
